It was very special to see the Wome's team from the FAI finally make their way to the World Cup Finals which are due to be held in Australia and New Zealand next year.  The team which started the final game against Scotland included FIVE former FAI Schools players who had played in SAFIB's Bob Docherty Cup and, reported Alex Harkin, another SEVEN were on the bench!  We wish all the players and staff the very best of luck and hope that you have an enjoyable experience.
