On the final day of this years Victory Shield the boys from the Republic gained a secure win against their opponents from Northern Ireland. In the 'winner takes it all game' a single goal from TJ Malloy in the 71st minute was enough to separate the teams. 

Two penalties decided the final game which was a closely contested affair. Scotland missed their pen in the first half whereas Shea Pita made no doubt with his well hit effort.
