A very strong Repblic of Ireland U15 girls team overcame a determined Northern Ireland U15 Girls to win the first leg of the Bob Docherty competition for 2026 by six goals to nil.  It was not as one sided as the scoreline suggests with two goals coming in the last four minutes!

The second leg is at Home Farm FC Dublin next Sunday, 29th March, KO 1400..
